There
are
many
features
built
into
this variable speed lapping unit. Comes with a water
sleeve that allows water to come up through the center shaft and
disperse from the middle of the plate, as well as an overhead loc-line
water supply. It also has a 5/8-11 female thread which allows
user to use many different diamond finishing tools. Optional male
to male brass fitting for female threads. The speed control
allows user speed ranges from 200-1100 rpm’s. Bearings have been
set 11” apart to give rigidity and stability to the blanched and
precision ground, 12”, black powder coated plate. A small chamfer
on outside edge allows for easy removal of diamond discs. The
wash-down motor and controller are perfect for wet environments.
Made with heavy 11 gauge box tubing and heavy 16 gauge removable side
panels topped with heavy duty powder coatings.
